The Vezo are one of the last nomadic ethnic groups in Madagascar. Fishing far from their villages, they bivouac on the dunes during their journey.

"La Dune des Songes" is located in southwest Madagascar, near the town of Tuléar in the small village of Anakao, accessible only by boat. The ecolodge is nestled in the heart of 8 hectares of dunes on 500 meters of beach.
